GO DUCKS

I am not sure how it exactly happened, but over the course of the last six years we have become die hard Oregon Duck fans!! Over the years we have gone to more and more games, and now Nick even has season tickets. Yesterday was the season opener and because of the weather and it also being Grant's Birthday weekend, we decided to make it a family affair. Technically this was Grant's second game...we took him when he was four weeks old and he slept the entire time :-) Even though we got stuck in horrendous traffic and we missed half of the first quarter, we had such a great time. It is amazing to see how much Jaxson enjoys watching the game and how much more he learns about it every time we go. I have a feeling that Nick will have a permanent partner for most the games this season.

If you know Grant you know he is obsessed with Motorcycles, so when he saw this he about had a heart attack! Definitely the high light of his day!

On the way home we got stuck in even worse traffic so we spent about six hours in the car total, but it was so worth it, and we had such an amazing time!! Nick is really hoping we get to go back to the Rose Bowl again so we can celebrate his birthday down in Palm Springs again, here's hoping! Go Ducks!!!
